As the UAE emerged from COVID-19 lockdowns, businesses reopened, and more people returned to work, the Government continued to help job seekers find employment through its Plan for Jobs. To address unemployment and ‘restart’ the economy, we launched the Restart Scheme, with customised training and coaching

Our Impact

Delivering a restart scheme in multiple companies in Dubai, supporting people who have been unemployed for more than 9 months with tailored support for jobseekers in their local area. With dedicated local teams and a non-traditional approach that combines empathy and customer service with practical solutions, the program had an impact on over ten thousand jobseekers on their journey towards employment.
